About ARECE ’08 and Venue

The Kempinski Hotel Ball Room is a spacious and well-appointed venue and together with the Parking Lot can total up to 2000 Sqm of exhibition combined spaces.

In addition to the Exhibition space, the hotel offers various restaurants, gems, night clubs and other amenities.

Exhibition visitor registration

Visitors are invited to attend the ARECE '08 Exhibition which is held in conjunction with the ARECE '08 Seminars.

Entrance to the exhibition is FREE. However visitors will need to register when they arrive and collect an Exhibition Visitors Badge.

The following facilities, services and concessions are included in the price of the Exhibition Stand:

Exhibition facilities

• Stand shell scheme, carpeting, lighting, power-point;
• Exhibitors’ online manual with information on services;
• Header-board with your company name;
• Use of Cyber Café with laptop hookups;
• Complementary coffee and tea;
• Meeting areas and displays.

Timetable

The ARECE '08 Exhibition lasts for four days. It will open from 19.00 on Saturday 09, until 20.00 on Monday 11th Aug, 2008.

Press and publicity

N.B. Only exhibitors with confirmed booths are allowed to put Press Releases in the Press Room at a specified room in the hotel.

Technical information

Shell Scheme
 
Exhibitors have the option of taking either a 'space only' or a 'shell scheme' site, however, the price per square meter includes the cost of the shell scheme and is non-negotiable.

The shell scheme is built using ‘Click’ modular system consisting of aluminum uprights and cross rails. Corner sites will be open on two sides. Multiple stands will have dividing walls removed, however front uprights, fascia and ceiling structure will remain.

• Height
  2.4 meters - back and side walls.
• Wall Covering
  Black textured fabric which accepts Velcro fixings
• Fascia Panel
  0.25 meter deep fascia at the front of the stand, ceiling grid to the rear. Each stand will be supplied with the exhibitor's name and stand number incorporated in the front fascia.
• Electrics
  Two Spot lights per each 9 Sqm plus 1 x 5 amp electric socket.

Poster Stands

These consist of Velcro-compatible boards mounted on stands. The display area on each board measures 1,750 mm wide by 1,150 mm high. A header-board with the Exhibitor’s name will be provided. Number of poster stands is limited to first come first served basis.
