Industrial  Rollers

For moving from 1 to 200 tons on hard level floor surfaces without a track. Choose from complete self-contained moving kits or individual Rollers with swivel, swivel-locking, or rigid tops or attachments. Steel chain Rollers are available for regular floors, nylon chain Rollers for delicate floors requiring protection. Steering handles and other accessories and many modifications are also available. When the load exceeds 100 tons, consider using a steel track instead of a concrete surface.

	Light Duty Series (Steel Chain Kits and Sets 3 to 8 tons; Individual Rollers .75 to 2 tons).
	FT Series (Steel Chain Kits and Sets 15 to 200 tons; Individual Rollers 3.75 to 50 tons).
	Nyton Series (Nylon Chain Kits and Sets 2 to 40 tons; Individual Rollers .5 to 10 tons).

Construction and OEM  Rollers

For moving from less than 1 ton to more than 1000 tons. (The capacity of the largest Hilman Roller manufactured to date is an amazing 5000 tons!) Hilman Rollers in this grade are ideal for civil engineering, heavy construction and OEM applications involving basic linear motion to permanent or repetitive moving projects. These Hilman Rollers are manufactured for long life under a wide range of operating conditions. Hundreds of standard Rollers are available individually or modified into complete rolling systems, to your specification. There are also many standard and custom options available to suit your application.

	OT/OTB, T/TB, NT/NTB Series (Individual Rollers .75 to 75 tons with top plate variety. The "B" series Rollers include an end plate option for field installation of Accu-Roll Guidance System).
	SHD/SHD-B Series (Super Heavy Duty Individual Roller 100 to 1000 tons and beyond with top plate variety. The "B" series Rollers include an end plate option for field installation of Accu-Roll Guidance System).
	XYS Series (Multi-Directional double Roller units, 5 to 200 tons, with Adjustable Accu-Roll Guidance System).
	ERF Series (Lowest Profile "topless" Rollers, 1 to 125 tons).
	WB Series (Double Wide "Wide Body" Rollers, 10 to 125 tons).

Options and Modifications

Because of the all-steel construction of Hilman Rollers, virtually any part or the entire Roller can be modified. Check out some of the most common options and modifications:

	Turntable and Rocker Tops (for use with OT/OTB, T/TB, NT/NTB Series).
	Accu-Roll Guidance Systems (External alignment system for guiding Rollers on tracks such as I-beams, channel, flat bar, and on rail or tracks tapered to a fixed radius. Commonly used with OT/T/NT and SHD Series Rollers).
	Preload Pads (Neoprene or Fabric Impregnated).
	Special Finishes and Materials of Construction (Stainless Steel Frames and Chains, Galvanized or Zinc Chromate Frames, Non-Spark Chains and much more).

Hilman Tri-Glide Systems

These low profile, 3-Point Load Moving Systems are perfect for moving over finished floors.  They are currently available in load moving capacities of  6, 12, and 18 tons with additional load capacities coming soon.  Choose from Nylon, Polyurethane, or Steel rolls to suit your moving requirements.
