its new venture; “Saraya Private Aviation”.
Saraya Aviation is a Private Jet Charter
Operation, designed at servicing its ever
growing stakeholders, creating an exclusive
option of executive flights; proving yet
again their leadership in their fields of
expertise by introducing a new, unique, and
luxurious Jet Charter Operation service for
their customers, special travelers and
businessmen. This comes as a result of

The majority of the shares of “Saraya
Private Aviation” are owned by “Saraya
Ventures”, a fully owned subsidiary of
Saraya Holdings. “Saraya Private Aviation”
will commence operation in 2008.
