Al Fajer Properties awards AED 1B contract for 5 Jumeirah Business Centre Towers to Al Ahmadiah Contracting

Leading property developer Al Fajer Properties has appointed Al Ahmadiah Contracting as main contractor for the five Jumeirah Business Centre towers, located in the prestigious Jumeirah Lakes Towers development.

 
The AED 1 B contract was awarded following a comprehensive due diligence process, including public tender offerings and several rounds of pre-qualification, which drew bid submissions from 10 contractors. Al Ahmadiah was selected by the project development team for its uncompromising quality of workmanship and excellent track record.

Launched in 2006, the five towers at Jumeirah Business Centre were sold out in record time. The unique state-of-the-art facilities of Jumeirah Business Centre Towers offer exclusive freehold offices in a prime location with a total built-up area of 3.1 million sq ft and flexible office units ranging from 800 sq ft to 11,000 sq ft.

Jumeirah Business Centre offers an additional 150,000 sq ft dedicated retail space, which will provide a variety of services and convenience outlets in the towers. The retail component at Jumeirah Business Centre Towers will provide a perfect mix of amenities and facilities in order to ensure added value for the day to day operations of the offices.
