Mid east property developer teams up with Singaporean company

Bonyan International, the Bahrain-based realty company with assets in Dubai and across the Middle East has entered into a partnership with the Singaporean BPL Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd to jointly offer project management services in Middle Eastern and North African countries.
 

Bonyan International currently provides project management, project design, real estate consulting and real estate and infrastructure development services, while BPL is one of South East Asia’s leading foundation and civil engineering contractors.
 

Imad O Nesnas, Chairman & CEO, Bonyan International said, “This partnership is significant because it highlights the increasing economic relationship between Singapore and the Middle East and also the interest of global companies in the real estate sector of the GCC including the largest market, the UAE.”
 

Bonyan International with its vast expertise in the Middle East hopes that its partnership with BPL would be able to capitalise on the demand for large-scale developments in the Gulf countries.
