Hard Precast builds strong interest at Cityscape
Hard Precast Building System (HPBS), a Dubai-based company, recently
participated in Cityscape, the largest Middle East real estate
event, and was a main sponsor of the associated Cityscape
Architectural Review Award (CARA). |

'We
decided to sponsor CARA as part of HPBS' commitment to reward
unique projects designed or built globally within the last year
based on their contribution to world architectural culture,
invention and imagination; respect for people; the planet and
context; environmental awareness; and appropriateness,' Mr.
Bashar Mahayni, HPBS Sales and Marketing Manger stated.
Mr. Bashar Abou Mayaleh, General Manager of Hard Precast
Building Systems and Hard Block Factory added, 'We were pleased
with the response Hard Precast Building Systems received at this
significant event. It was an opportunity to showcase our
production facilities, build our reputation as a first class
manufacturer of precast concrete cladding facade, Hollow Core
Slabs, and a total precast solution.'
Hard Precast is housed in a massive set up in Dubai Investment
Park, and is known to equip the most advanced technology in the
precast industry in the Middle East. As Mr. Abou Mayaleh
explained, 'The idea of Hard Precast was borne from the
increasing problem of delays in the Dubai construction industry
and the need for innovative solutions to replace old methods to
overcome such delays with cost-effective solutions.
'Moreover, there has been positive response from local and
international architects, consultants, and structural designers
operating in Dubai and there is growing demand for such
solutions. Thus, HPBS's first project was Jumeirah Beach
Residence sector six. HPBS was the first company to hand over
the project to the main contractor,' Mr Abou Mayaleh added.
