CB&I Expands
Engineering Capacity with New Middle East Center

THE WOODLANDS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CB&I (NYSE:CBI) has opened a
new global engineering center in the Middle East to address the
increased demand for engineering work resulting from the Company's
strong growth in new project awards.
Located in Ajman, northeast of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates,
the center will expand CB&I's current worldwide engineering
resources. It has space to house more than 200 engineers and support
staff, and will utilize a wide range of engineering software
platforms, facilitating work sharing between offices and flexibility
in responding to customer requirements. Drawing from a pool of
talented, top quality engineers based in the UAE, the Ajman facility
will help CB&I continue to deliver quality engineering support to
projects across all of its global markets. The center is expected to
be working at full strength by the fourth quarter of 2007.
