Middle East Real Estate Firms Offered New Division on

Boldly expanding into the burgeoning Middle East market, Luxury Real Estate recently released a new division of its Web site,, to increase its global network of brokers. Dubai is currently the biggest source of luxury real estate properties in the region.


For the first time ever, Luxury Real Estate has expanded into the Middle East market with its newest global division, . This bold move is designed to increase the company’s global network of the best real estate brokers in the world.

“The Middle East’s luxury real estate industry is on the cusp of incredible expansion and we're excited to be part of it,” said John Brian Losh, CEO and publisher of, and broker, chairman and CEO of Ewing and Clark, Inc. in Seattle. “Our new division went online on January 21 and we’ve already built partnerships with developers in the region like Palisades, Pearl Projects, City of Arabia, ETA Star and First Qatar Real Estate.”

In addition to Dubai developers, Luxury Real Estate has also added two real estate brokerage firms to its worldwide network, called Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. These two firms are Safa Homes Real Estate LLC and Luxury City Real Estate, and both are based in Dubai.

Brokers of luxurious properties in the Middle East have recently enjoyed more success with the development of Dubai, United Arab Emirates as a magnet for business in the region. As the global market for luxury homes continues to expand into new locations, offers an essential resource to connect buyers and sellers internationally.

James Magee and Paul McGrath, directors of Luxury Real Estate, Middle East and Egypt, and are working together to capitalize on the fastest-growing market that blends ultra-modern living with strong traditions and heritage. has member brokers who specialize in various locations, including the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. This project touts space for more than 55,000 residents, parkland, a hotel, school and hospital or other health care center.
