BOYADJIAN & ASSOCIATES and VA TECH Finance sign co-operation
agreement to finance mega projects in the MENA region
A co-operation agreement was signed on Monday 12 March 2007 in
Vienna between BOYADJIAN & ASSOCIATES project finance and management
consultants based in Beirut and VA TECH Finance a European export
and project financing firm to provide international financing
arrangement services to multimillion dollar projects in the Middle
East and North Africa.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Vatche Boyadjian
managing director of BOYADJIAN & ASSOCIATES and Mr. Peter Haag
president of VA TECH Finance. With the back up of an international
team of over 50 professionals, BOYADJIAN & ASSOCIATES will provide
international loan structuring, syndication and arrangement services
for both private and public sectors.

expectations of our valued clients. Since inception, BOYADJIAN &
ASSOCIATES has committed toward providing effective solutions to its

launching, in association with VA TECH Finance, international
