RETECH RECYCLING TECHNOLOGY AB, SWEDEN, designs and manufactures machinery and complete plants for recycling and markets them in Europe. HANDELSHAUS HOOP & PARTNER EST. is responsible for the worldwide marketing.

A Broad Range of Recycling Technology

In 1985 RETECH RECYCLING TECHNOLOGY AB began to develop plants for cable recycling and soon became a world leader in this field. Later the company broadened its product range and introduced recycling plants for PET bottles, aluminium cans and wood.

A Solution for Every Customer

Most of the plants are designed according to the building-block system, for maximum flexibility. They are always tailored to the specific requirements of the customer. Many of the machines, for example rough choppers, granulators, screening machines, etc can be used for similar applications in different recycling plants. We have a solution for every customer.

1. Recycling of Cable - "From Cable to Cash"

We offer a wide range of plants in different sizes, from mini and medium-sized, to large industrial plants. Our cable recycling plants can successfully process all types of cables.
Capacity: from a few hundred kilos up to 2.5 tons per hour.
End products: Copper, aluminium and plastic granules.
By-products: lead, steel and dust.

2. Recycling of PET bottles - "From Bottles to Clean Flakes"

We offer a cost-efficient, flexible and user-friendly system of PET bottle recycling transforming dirty bottles to very clean flakes. Capacity: 700, 1000 or 1300 kg/h. Other capacities available on request.
End products: very clean PET flakes that can be reused in a wide range of applications, for example fibres, sheeting, strapping, injection moulding, etc. We can also provide plastic and metal separators, pelletizing equipment, etc.
By-products: Other plastics such as PVC, HDPE, polypropylene, dirt and dust.

3. Recycling of Aluminium Cans (UBC) - "From Cans to Flakes"

We provide plants of different sizes and complexity for processing of contamin-ated, used beverage cans into clean flakes.
Capacity: 1 to 2 t/h. Other capacities available on request.
End products: aluminium flakes.
By-products: dirt and dust.

4. Recycling of Wood - "From Wood to Chips"

Our plants can efficiently chop different types and shapes of wood, ship-boards, laminates, etc.
Capacity: from 1 up to 20 m3/h. Other capacities on request.
End products: Chips of approx. 15-20 mm. On request also smaller sizes of a few millimeters.
By-products: steel, dirt and dust.

SYSTEM REDOMA® uses only environmental-friendly and mechanical processes. They do not generate any dangerous gases or toxins and are free from harmful effects on the environment and human beings.
