About us



MEEF website was launched back in March 2006 in the aim of helping the environment through presentation of technologies, articles, researches and glossaries in recycling and environmental management.

Our events division "MEEF Int'l" organizes RecShow - Middle East Waste & Environmental Management Congress on the shores of the Dead Sea annually in February. RecShow helps creating national and regional awareness of the significance of waste management on the environment.

The event attracts scholars and researchers from around the world  presenting latest technologies in recycling and waste management. 

MEEF Int'l also organizes the Jordan Int'l Hot Air Balloon Festival in Wadi Rum.

A new division is being established to manufacture environmentally friendly eco-furniture made of real wood, completely recyclable, doesn't use nails and doesn't need any tools to install.

This website also hosts a variety of other fields many of which are related to recycling.
