All
press releases must be in English and/or
Arabic
This service is offered by MEEF - no
fees are applicable to the companies or the
PR agencies submitting news or press
releases.
Please submit your press releases in Text or
Word format only (.txt or .doc). We can also
accept PDF files but prefer the above two
formats.
If you want to attach an image, please
ensure that it is in JPEG or GIF format
(.jpg / .gif) and that the file size does
not exceed 150 kb.
Please ensure
that press releases sent to MEEF are
no more than 48 hours old from date of
original release. Articles older than that
may not be published.
How to write a press release
Please send all press releases by e-mail to
press@eng-forum.com
Please note the following:

Press
releases not relevant to business in the
Middle East will not be posted.

We
maintain the right not to publish
stories regardless of relevance, should
we find them unfit for the general MEEF
audience.

If you
send us your press releases by fax or
ordinary mail we will not be able to
publish your news. Please provide news
via e-mail only.

submitting press releases for
publication to MEEF you are bound
by the Terms and Conditions stated at
the end of this page.

Terms and
Conditions
By submitting articles, news/press releases
or other content to MEEF for
publication you will hold MEEF
free of any charges with regards to
copyright infringements should the content
you provided be copyright protected by third
party.
MEEF is not to be held responsible for
the accuracy of the statements made in press
releases by companies, PR agencies or
individuals quoted in such releases or
articles.
MEEF is not under any obligation to
include stories submitted by companies or
their respective PR agencies regardless of
relevance nor can MEEF be made
responsible to remove or edit stories 48
hours after being posted on the site.
Press releases submitted to MEEF may
be distributed to 3rd party companies for
added exposure, however MEEF is not
under any obligation to do so nor can MEEF
be held responsible if articles are not
being distributed at all or even in a timely
manner.
Any and all content submitted to or
available via MEEF may also be made
available to handheld devices, mobile phones
or any other devices as well as syndicated
or sold to any 3rd party site that makes use
of the content licensing options or free rss
feeds offered by MEEF at the sole
discretion of MEEF .
Revenue generated from the re-selling or
syndication of content submitted to MEEF
shall at all times remain the sole property
of MEEF and no claim for share in such
revenue will be entertained.
In no event shall MEEF be liable for
any damages whatsoever, and in particular
MEEF shall not be liable for special,
indirect, consequential, or incidental
damages, or damages for lost profits, loss
of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of
or related to the MEEF website or the
information contained in it, whether such
damages arise in contract, negligence, tort,
under statute, in equity, at law or
otherwise.
All content on MEEF may be indexed by
any reputed search engine. However no
content on MEEF may be republished in
part or in full without the express written
consent of MEEF with the exception
where a press release is issued by MEEF that
wish to re-publish it on their own website.
