• Opening speech by Mr. Walid Hikmat

• This meeting is fully sponsored and hosted by Le Royal Hotel

• Meeting to be chaired by Mr. Abdul Shukoor MBA – F&B Director Kempinski Ishtar Dead Sea Hotel, Mr. Abdul Shukoor have past experience as the head of the F&B Managers Association in Singapore, this group will greatly benefit from his experience.

• Suggestions received form first meeting members include:

1. Rename the association to Jordanian F&B Managers Club,

2. Mission to include establishing an institute, restaurants, chains

• Mr. Hikmat’s office is organizing seminars in Sustainable Hospitality Management, We suggest:

1. Holding these seminars under the umbrella of this group, and repeat such seminars all year round

2. Share the success of this event to extend knowledge and education to its members.

3. Should this be agreed on, and to encourage members grap this opportunity, we will offer free accommodations with 20% discount to the group members / hotels

4. Offer is valid for registration before Sept. 15^th.

• Jordan Hotel Association Chairman Mr. Nazal has contacted Mr. Mazen El Qsous - Amman West Hotel "an invited guest" and expressed his support for this group.
