Registration according to the following
conditions:

All registrations must be received by
17/01/2009.

Government staff and NGO members must provide a letter
from their organization.

Registration fees of
sponsored speakers will be refunded upon
check in.

Students must present their ID Cards at the registration
desk otherwise will be charged the balance of individual
registration.
-
Student registration EXCLUDES meals and breaks.
-
Walk in registration accepted at the door with cash
payment only if seats are available.
-
Registration fee is non-refundable "Except speaker's
fees", substitutions not
accepted.
-
Payment voucher via Western Union, or via T/T must accompany this registration.
-
Registration forms received without payment are
discarded
